These groups are formed by and made up of our employees, and provide a snapshot of the diversity found throughout our organization and the communities we serve. We value their lived experience and expertise and work with them to build programs, products and environments that are more inclusive and representative, while driving business outcomes. We know that supporting and working with our ERGs is vital to building a more inclusive, collaborative, and authentic culture—one where all employees feel seen, heard and that they belong.
The Asian Canadian Pacific Islander (ACPI) Network: The ACPI Network raises awareness and celebrates ACPI culture, fostering a sense of belonging for our ACPI employees and allowing every aspect of their identity to be seen, heard, and welcomed.
The Black Employee Network (BEN): The BEN creates a safe space for the equitable advancement of Black employees of all identities across the enterprise.
Mental Health Matters @ CTC: an employee-led initiative focused on creating a culture of support for intersectional mental health at Canadian Tire, where conversations about mental health challenges are normalized and encouraged.
The Indigenous Peoples Employee Network (TIPEN): TIPEN promotes growth, understanding and awareness within CTC's community of Indigenous employees and allies. This ERG creates a safer space for members to collaborate and be open and accepting of one another.
EN-ABLE: EN-ABLE fosters and creates a more inclusive and accessible environment for persons with disabilities and employees as individuals, caregivers, allies, and people leaders through education and supports for teams and employees.
South Asians at the Tire (SAAT): SAAT is a community of South Asian employees that celebrates diversity, promotes growth and development, and provides mentorship to South Asian employees with the intent to make a powerful difference at CTC.
Families @ The Tire: Families @ the Tire is a safe space for working parents throughout CTC, from different background and family structures. The group provides fun and educational support and resources for diverse family experiences.
PRISM: PRISM educates CTC on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and celebrates those throughout the Company who are making a difference in promoting the queer community.
The Latinx and Hispanic Network at the Tire (LAHNAT): LAHNAT is a welcoming community for Latinx and Hispanic folks and allies that celebrates the heritage, culture, and contributions of Latin American and Hispanic communities.
The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN): The WLN provides an open, informal network where women feel supported and engaged throughout their careers with CTC. The WLN creates and fosters strong female leadership within the Company and uses mentorship to drive engagement.
